Refund policy

Holiday Return Window
For gifts ordered between November 16–December 16, you have until January 16 to start the return process.

General Return Policy
For physical goods, you have 14 days to return it from the date you received it.

Shipping charges are not refundable, and we do not cover any costs for the return.

To return an item, email service@craftiloo.com with your order number and reason for return. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

We'll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded using your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
